BRM slot transfer policy

All transfer of event slots must be made by filling this FORM followed by a text message to the admin. Whatsapp or Facebook messages only will not be considered as official transfer request.

– Registration fees for any ARM’s events are not refundable, you may request to transfer the slot to another participant or to another event with the same fee;
– 1 week prior – request must be received one week prior to the event;
– each BRM is considered a separate event and requires separate requests for change.
